In response Job Seekers can apply to these posted Jobs. During this journey Employer/HR can post jobs, see which candidates applied for the job. Employer/HR can message to Job Seeker and in reply Job Seekers can also send back messages. Employer/HR and JobSeekers can exchange messages on the platform itself. Employer/HR and Job Seekers can have an Online Interview on JobnJoin app itself or send info about interview offline/physical interview in their offices as they desire. There are auto alerts for all actions like Job Alerts for Job Seekers and alerts for Employer/HR on various actions of Jobseekers like when they apply to any Job.
